*Down payment deposit of $300 is due immediately to secure your date. The full Payment is due no later than 14 days before your event. Down payment goes towards your choice of package. Security is refundable if there are NO damages due to you or your guests. Damages include but not limited to broken and/or damage venue property, holes, theft, disrespect to employees, plumbing issues, electrical issues and any unforeseen damages.*
